An invitation letter is a tool used to gather participants to participate in organizational activities. An invitation letter is a letter that functions to call and expect someone (recipient of the letter) to be present at the time, day, date.

The invitation letter is not like the coming respect given by the letter writer to the recipient of the letter. To be able to act as a sign of respect, the invitation letter should be arranged on attractive and good quality paper, clearly the contents contained in it, use the appropriate cover, and delivered with sufficient time to allow the recipient of the letter to prepare to fulfill the invitation.
